Joining Shield Safety as Head of Marketing with a wealth of expertise is Will Dolby, who has over 14 years of experience in driving growth and ROI for companies. Passionate about developing innovative strategies that drive business success, Will's rich background will support the elevation of the Shield Safety brand and its market-leading offering.

Jamie Jordan has been appointed as Lead Software Engineer. In addition to a demonstrated history of developing web solutions for eCommerce and SaaS platforms, Jamie is adept in test-driven development (TDD) and a vast array of programming languages and frameworks. His skill set will be instrumental in enhancing Shield Safety's software capabilities, including its cutting-edge RiskProof app, further enabling the delivery of pioneering solutions.

Neil Fox takes on the position of Fire Risk Assessor (FRA), with extensive experience in assessing and mitigating fire hazards for improved safety and compliance. Neil holds an impressive set of qualifications and credentials, including a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety and Risk Assessment, a Higher National Diploma in Engineering and an Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) Managing Safely certification; he is also a member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and The National Association of Fire Door Inspectors (NAFDI). His expertise will reinforce Shield Safety's reputation as a trusted fire safety partner.

Aisling Kemp joins Shield Safety as Sales Manager. A commercially focused business development professional, Aisling's passion for unlocking value and her ability to collaborate across functions will play a crucial role in driving customer success and expanding Shield Safety's clientele. Her expertise lies in selling software-based solutions B2B and working with global teams in fast-growing PE-backed companies.

Completing the new lineup is Sara Angulo Saez, who has been welcomed as a Graduate Auditor. A Food Science and Technology professional, Sara brings a plethora of knowledge and experience within the food industry across compliance, food safety and quality assurance. Armed with a BSc in Food Science and Technology, as well as an MSc in Environmental Health, Sara's background will be pivotal in ensuring Shield Safety's reputation is upheld and the highest standards of safety will continue.
