TLT has been ranked fourth in Roll on Friday’s Firm of the Year survey of UK law firms, based on anonymous responses from partners and staff.

The survey covers a range of areas – from culture and management to pay and work/life balance – to measure overall happiness and find the firms that are leading the market when it comes to the issues that matter most to their people.

The result follows hot on the heels of TLT’s Law Firm of the Year award by The Lawyer in 2021, based on the firm’s growth, the quality of its clients, its approach to innovation, and its commitment to sustainability and equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
