Swinton Insurance on Coventry Road, Sheldon, has been transformed as part of a refurbishment to help staff offer a more personal, one-to-one service to the local community.
The new design features a bright and modern décor with personal touches, comfortable furniture and private spaces to make buying insurance an altogether more positive and appealing experience.
Staff at the branch, led by manager Ricky Singh, invited a number of long-standing customers from the local area to celebrate the unveiling.
The loyal customers, each having policies with the branch for more than 10 years, were joined by guests including the Lord Mayor of Birmingham Cllr Carl Rice, Gilles Normand, CEO of Swinton Insurance and Richard Beaven, Distribution Director of Swinton Insurance.
Customer service manager, Ricky Singh who joined Swinton as a customer service associate five years ago, said “The team at Sheldon are really excited to be working in a new, modern environment and feel this will deliver a unique experience to our customers. Having been with the business for over five years, I’ve never felt so optimistic about the future of our high street presence.”
