PwC in the West and Wales announces new office senior partners

PwC is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Office Senior Partners for its West and Wales region, as well as filling a newly created role of Clients and Markets Regional Lead.


Tom Ayerst will fill the position left vacant by Katharine Finn when she moved from her dual role as Regional Leader for West and Wales and Office Senior Partner for Bristol. Felicity Rees will become the Cardiff Office Senior Partner, taking over from Lynn Pamment who is retiring from the firm in December.


Nick Morgan, with 20 years’ experience in the region, will become PwC’s first Clients and Markets Regional Lead for West and Wales and will work with the new OSPs to strengthen the firm’s presence in the region. He was most recently PwC’s Tax leader in the West.


Tom heads our regional Deals business, supporting a range of clients on acquisitions, disposals, fund-raising and changes in ownership. He works with some of the region's leading listed business, national private equity houses and lenders, private businesses and the public sector.


Felicity is a partner in our financial services practice, and during her 20 years with the firm she has worked with clients across investment management, banking and insurance sectors. She now specialises in Pensions and leads our Pensions Assurance practice.
