Local award-winning Sage Business Partner announces a series of significant achievements and milestones as the company wraps up the year 2023.

Derby-based leading Sage Business Partner, PKF Smith Cooper Systems, part of the national accountancy firm PKF Smith Cooper Group, is celebrating another year of growth across all areas of the business. This includes securing or retaining a number of industry awards, expanding its team and reaching significant financial milestones.

The company was named as Customer Success Partner of the Year at Sage's annual conference in Telford. This covers all Sage products, and recognises achievements in new client acquisition, retention, and customer service. Furthermore, the company received nominations for Overall Partner of the Year and UK BMS Partner of the Year, as well as retaining their position as the #1 Partner in the Midlands for both Sage 200 and Sage Intacct.

The business has also significantly expanded its team - across all offices, PKF Smith Cooper Systems now boasts 50+ employees. This includes fourteen new hires made during 2023, spanning Consultancy, Support, Account Management and Project Management to name a few.

Its financial milestones have also been significant. This year, PKF Smith Cooper Systems has increased turnover by over 15%, with the company targeting more double-digit growth in 2024.

This comes alongside several new product launches for the company. A rebranding saw their longstanding Sage API offerings become WIRE and MRGE, giving Sage customers new ways to integrate software they already use with Sage 200. PKF Smith Cooper Systems also became the first Sage partner in the UK to sell Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations (SDMO), a cloud ERP solution for Sage Intacct, tailored to the needs of midsized distributors and discrete manufacturers.
