Bristol-based law firm Gregg Latchams has appointed a new Head of Construction, David Morris, in recognition of his strong performance as acting head of the department for the past seven months.

David, who has worked at the Queen Square company since May 2014, has a wide range of construction experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

During his Acting Headship, David helped a client to win a multi-million pound adjudication and delivered bespoke contracts for some major local developments.

Passionate about collaboration within the construction industry, Gregg Latchams runs a regular Construction Breakfast led by David, the next of which is on Tuesday 8th October 2019 with a focus on ‘The Character of Development in Bristol’, when the Mayor of Bristol Marvin Rees will be a panellist.

Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director of Gregg Latchams Richard Hill said:

“David has proven himself ahead of his peers in his field and we are thrilled to have offered him this role permanently.

“He delivers his in-depth knowledge of Construction Law in an approachable and personable manner which continues to be of immense value to his clients.”

Headquartered in Bristol, Gregg Latchams also has an office in London, and provides legal services for SMEs, private individuals and business owners across the UK and overseas.
