Tebbitts & Co Solicitors was established back in 2010 as a commercial law firm based at Scope House in Crewe – the perfect location for a start-up business. Over the years they have built up a reputation with local Cheshire businesses, and have increased their client base steadily. The need to recruit new members of staff is imminent to fulfil workload as the firm expands. Now with more members of staff, they had already out-grown the office space and the time has arrived to take the next move.

Finding the best location was no easy task as buying a commercial property is a significant investment for a small firm. The requirements were somewhere large enough to accommodate future growth, as well as a better location for the current team to work in. Renting large office spaces out of town on business parks was an option but the team wanted to have a ‘shop front’ and support the local town centre in terms filling empty premises.

When the premises on Chantry Court in Crewe came up it fitted the bill in every way, providing the right solution and working environment in terms of larger office space for expansion, and being close to amenities in the heart of Crewe town centre.
