Chartered accountants and business advisors, Haines Watts Leicester, are pleased to announce the promotion of Shazin Tayub from Tax Manager to Associate Partner as of 1st April 2017.
After graduating from Loughborough University with an honours degree in accounting and financial management, Shazin joined Mercer & Hole in Milton Keynes, where he trained as a Tax Advisor.
He then joined Grant Thornton as a Tax Executive where he worked with a wide range of owner-managed businesses and high net worth clients, advising on a wide range of tax planning matters.
Shazin is a qualified f Tax Technician and a Chartered Tax Advisor by profession. .
Since he joined the Haines Watts team in 2014, Shazin has been instrumental in developing the tax team who offer all taxation planning and compliance matters for a diverse portfolio of clients in Leicester, Leicestershire and Corby. He will continue to work alongside Sanjay Khullar to develop the Leicester office further.
Managing Partner Sanjay Khullar said that he is delighted to announce the appointment which he sees as a significant step in strengthening the management team. He adds “this demonstrates our ongoing commitment to developing the team and recognises the hard work and enthusiasm demonstrated by Shazin. Shazin is looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that the new appointment will bring.
