Haines Watts are delighted to announce that their Ashby office, Corporate Finance have advised on the sale of the shareholder interest of Metaphorix Ltd to the Dutch based, 4PS Group.

Metaphorix Ltd is a leading provider of integrated software solutions for the construction industry and is one of the premier partners for Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the UK.

The transaction is the second successfully completed, cross-border, disposal of shareholder interests within the last 6 months for the HW team, following the earlier sale of Midland Fertility Services Ltd to Spanish group, IVI.

Based in Tamworth, Midland Fertility Services Ltd is a leading provider of fertility treatment and has paved the way for fertility treatment in the Midlands, helping over 6000 babies to be born.

The sale to the largest global assisted reproduction group, IVI, builds on their continual expansion of patient services for assisted reproduction, in the UK.
