Gateley Legal has today announced the hire of a new partner into its private client team in Manchester.

Adam West has joined from Knights, where he held the position of private wealth partner. Manchester-native Adam joins Gateley Legal with a host of accolades to his name, having been named 2021 Citywealth Future Leaders Partner of the Year and featured on Eprivateclient’s ‘Top 35 under 35’ list on four occasions.

In his new role, Adam will lead a diverse portfolio of private client engagements, providing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs, non-domiciled individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, shareholders and family enterprises. A key area of Adam’s work will be tax planning for shareholders around a future exit/sale, including tax structuring and succession planning post sale.
