The ongoing success enjoyed by Oxford-based solicitors, Spires Legal, has encouraged Managing Director Arj Arul to expand, with the exciting recruitment of Louise Skittrall FCIPD. Unprecedented growth in all sectors, driven by repeat business and referrals from happy clients and partners alike, has driven Arj to develop the range of services offered to incorporate Human Resources.

One such arena was Human Resources and his response has been to appoint Louise to provide her expert guidance in this critical discipline. Before joining Spires Legal, Louise worked both on client side and in consultancy roles as an HR Director and, as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, she brings a wealth of experience in HR best practice across commercial and not-for-profit sectors with areas of expertise including employment contracts and staff handbooks, TUPE transfers, restructuring and redundancies, and complex employee relations casework.
