National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has been recognised as a Top Tier firm in the latest Legal 500 guide which ranks the UK’s top lawyers and organisations.

Clarke Willmott received prestigious Top Tier rankings for nine of its specialist practice areas, up one from last year’s results. Top Tier areas for the firm are Intellectual Property; Corporate Tax; Crime, Fraud and Licensing; Commercial Litigation; Debt Recovery; Employment; Personal Injury; Professional Negligence and Family.

With seven regional offices in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton Clarke Willmott recommended in a total of 48 practice areas across its regions, another improvement on last year’s results.

In total 10 practice areas have improved their ranking from last year and two - Banking & Finance in the South East and Commercial Litigation in Birmingham - have ranked for the first time.

Additionally, an impressive 17 Clarke Willmott lawyers were singled out for praise in the elite ‘Leading Individuals’ list, the Legal 500’s guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide.

A further three lawyers were named in the ‘Partner: Next Generation’ category and a total of 95 lawyers across the firm were recommended.
