Capital Outsourcing Group has today confirmed the appointment of Phil Tromans as Group Operations Director. His responsibility will be to support the integration of several new businesses into the Group, as well as to develop new product lines and value services for the company and their customers.

This announcement highlights Capital Outsourcing Group’s intent to become one of the leading suppliers of temporary and contract staff in the UK within the next five years.

Phil Tromans joins Capital Outsourcing Group following a nine-year career with Neutral Vendor provider - de Poel, where he held the role of Operations Director, managing and developing over £500m of agency labour spend in both the private and public sector.

With over 16 years of recruitment experience, Phil’s background includes developing contingent worker recruitment solutions for FTSE 100 companies, private equity backed businesses and public sector organisations.
