Two solicitors from Birmingham law firm Clarke Willmott LLP took a leap of faith and jumped out of a plane to raise money for local charity Sport 4 Life.

Robin Canning and Tina Bhakri from Clarke Willmott’s commercial property team completed a sponsored Skydive for the charity which is the office’s chosen charity for 2017.

Raising £1,180 in sponsorship for the cause, the skydive took place in Langar, Nottinghamshire.

Sport 4 Life is the leading sport-for-employment charity in Birmingham and offers programmes to disadvantaged young people in the city aimed at improving their employability and key life skills through sports-themed personal development.

Rayner Grice, head of Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham office, said:

“I can only commend Robin and Tina for having taken on this adventurous challenge to support Sport 4 Life.

Having worked with Sport 4 Life for nearly 12 months, everyone in the Birmingham office has seen first-hand the difference that they make to Birmingham’s young people and we are delighted to support them in continuing their fantastic work.”

Jack Skinner, business development manager at Sport 4 Life, said:

“We’re very proud of the relationship we’ve developed with Clarke Willmott.

Their commitment to supporting us operationally through mock interviews and raising money to support our growth is fantastic.”
