North Staffordshire based Attwood Solicitors are expanding their offer by introducing a new Civil Litigation Service.
Stoke-based Attwood Solicitors have built a strong reputation for supporting clients with personal injury claims in specialised areas including medical negligence, work-related hearing loss, cosmetic surgery, and complaints against the motor industry, such as with the recent VW emissions problems.
Now they have appointed Naomi Wood to develop and head a new Civil Litigation service. Naomi said: “Attwood Solicitors is known as a national leader in gaining the right compensation for clients and the work I will be leading on expands on, the firm’s hard-earned reputation. Specialist areas will include disputes involving landlords and tenants, building and construction, finances, breach of contract and employment contracts.”
Naomi, a resident of Bramshall, near Uttoxeter, qualified as a solicitor in 1993. She has a background in civil litigation dealing with a variety of claims from contractual disputes between individuals and companies, to landlord and tenant problems, employment matters and building disputes.
Added Naomi:
“If you are keen to avoid disputes arising in the first place, we can review your current contracts or assist in the drafting of new contracts that meet your requirements for all business and personal transactions. You will receive straight forward, jargon free, legal advice tailored to your individual needs and requirements.”
Founded by Principal Solicitor Ashley Attwood in 2005, Attwood Solicitors has offices in Hartshill Road, Stoke-on-Trent.
Ashley said:
“We champion the rights of the consumer and get them the compensation that they deserve and this has led us to this complimentary demand for Civil Litigation services. I’m pleased to welcome Naomi to Attwood Solicitors and see this as an opportunity for her to develop a larger team going forward.”
