Are you constantly juggling tricky and difficult situations with employees?
Never quite sure where your moral compass lies in wanting to do the right thing by your employees and for your business, never mind what the law says you actually have to do.
This is where we have you covered! Rebecca Dennis, Partner and Head of Employment at Goughs Solicitors and Steph Culpin, Corporate Financial Planner from Fidelius Group will be taking to the stage to guide you through the employee relations and benefits minefield.
What will you and your business gain from the masterclass?
Practical advice that will really make a difference to your employees whilst ensuring you are fully compliant. You will be tasked with taking away 3 key stragies to implement into your business following the event.
Unlike most masterclasses, we’re that confident that you will learn so much to implement in your business that all attendees will be invited to a follow-up online meeting on the afternoon of Friday 14th of June to discuss how the masterclass has already led to positive change in your workplace.
