Halesowen College, in collaboration with Halesowen Town FC, is proud to announce the launch of its new Women's Football Academy starting September 2024.

This initiative aims to provide aspiring female footballers with a comprehensive sports education while nurturing their passion for the game.

Head of Academy, Craig Nicholls, will lead this exciting venture, ensuring that students receive quality training from a team of highly qualified and experienced coaches.

The academy sets the stage for female athletes to thrive and excel in their football careers, offering a clear pathway into higher level women's football.

To support the football training and coaching elements, the learners will be supported by quality education delivered by Halesowen College ensuring that students receive a well-rounded academic experience.

Former England international and Wolverhampton Uni lecturer Kerys Harrop will be an ambassador for the programme and will further support the players in their development on and off the pitch.
