The course covers everything from where/how flour is milled, right up to packaging, cost price and selling the product. It’s incredible how much I’ve learnt about the industry in just my first year."

The mix of work experience and studying means that I can always learn and improve on lots of things.

I like Strode College as it is a big place with many different things for students to do such as the library, computers, the sports hall, cafeteria. The teaching that I have received has also been of a high quality and has also enabled me to make new friends whilst in college."
