Over 250 guests helped Birmingham-based charity, LoveBrum, raise more than £16,000 for local causes at The Big Quiz, its flagship fundraising event for 2020.

VIP guests on the evening, which took place at Town Hall Birmingham, included comedian Jasper Carrott OBE, all of whom were treated to a quiz with a Birmingham twist, created by Stoo Pittaway of Speed Quizzing.

The evening also featured awards, food and entertainment - performances from Bellagio Dance Studios, a dance group that engages with children aged between 3-15 years old within the local community; and Casey Bailey, a writer, poet, spoken word performer, rapper, and secondary school senior leader.

Monies raised during the evening will enable LoveBrum to support hidden gem projects across Birmingham that are often volunteer led and do not receive the platform or funding that they probably deserve.
