During his career he amassed a total of 71 major titles. Now Davis is a regular on a variety of television shows and presentsThe Interesting Alternative Showon Phoenix FM in Essex and frequently makes DJ appearances, including Glastonbury.

Chair of West Midlands Regional Board, Monique Royle MRICS of Colliers International, commented:

“We are delighted with the success of this year’s dinner. Our region needs to be working more collaboratively to deliver the built environment that the region needs and deserves. This dinner is an example of our future and bought together industry professionals including architects, surveyors and construction professionals; who in turn all contributed to an extremely worthy cause. I am proud to be part of the West Midlands’ built environment and be able to celebrate our regions successes with everyone at this event. It has set a precedent for the coming years.”

Jilly Cosgrove, Manager Director at Barques and Chairwoman for Property for Kids commented:

“We are delighted to be the benefactors of the fundraising at the recent RICS Dinner, West Midlands. The amount of money raised is fantastic and on its own will make an impact to any of our charities but added to other funds has the change to make a real difference. This year we are supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust, Over the Wall and Patrick Centre Young Carers. Nearly £4,000 could take four severely disabled children on a recreational camp or put with other funds can enable a large project like buying and installing outdoor gym equipment for children and students who have complex needs.

“There is no better way to raise money in a convivial environment, amongst friends and colleagues whilst making a difference to someone else less fortunate than us.”

This year the Gala Dinner raised £3,904.50 forPropertyfor Kids, the West Midlands children’s charity, which included donations and raffle entries.
