PTV UK Ltd, the UK subsidiary of the global PTV Group business has agreed a five-year lease at 54 Hagley Road, within one of the buildings new plug and play suites on floor 9.
The relocation to a state of the art and dynamic office aims to further increase collaboration and wellbeing of staff and be closer to Birmingham city as a business employment hub.
The office layout is open plan, including a meeting room, a separate breakout area and a kitchen. The building has additional meeting rooms, a reception area, cycle parking and a canteen located at the ground floor.
Employees will benefit from a high quality office space with plenty of breakout areas, natural light and superb views of Birmingham City and Edgbaston.
The office is well connected with Birmingham city centre and rail stations, with a new Metro stop immediately outside providing access to Birmingham New Street within a few minutes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and other facilities within a short walking distance from the office building.
PTV UK Managing Director Devrim Kara explained the importance of the new office location:
