Successful North East Company Set To Expand Following Management Buyout

Everflow to broaden services for business customers to more utility verticals


Everflow the technology-driven utility provider catering to businesses across the UK with eco-friendly water supply and waste collection services ("the Company") announces that following a successful management buyout it plans to expand its range of services to other utility verticals outside of the water market.


Lead investor, Perwyn, are partially exiting as part of the wider management buyout by the existing management team. The transaction will result in an excellent return on investment for Perwyn, who initially invested in the company in 2018. The deal will enable the Company to restructure its capital framework, and Perwyn is delighted to maintain a significant minority stake and also retain its seat on the Everflow Board.


Perwyn will continue to support the Company's strategy to sustain organic growth and venture into multiple utility sectors, with exciting plans to explore new verticals.
