For Coventry’s Rempower Ltd, 2014 was a year of successfully smashing barriers to employment for the region’s disabled and disadvantaged people – along with expansion and business growth.
Last year saw Rempower continue to deliver on an initiative sponsored by the UK Government's DWP, which was realized with the original Remploy brand - to provide on-going sustainable employment for disabled and disadvantaged people.
Key achievements included boosting the workforce from 203-244, increasing the client base and seeing order numbers shoot up.
But the very best achievements are the Rempower people themselves and Arlington Group continues to support all of its employees remaining proud of the quality of work they produce.
