We work in some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods to build new homes and strong communities, along with neighbourhood services for 70,000 customers, across 54 local authority areas.
Care
Each year we support 7,000 customers with the most complex needs, through tailored support that aims to help an individual to live an independent and happy life - providing flagship supported housing schemes and services for; older people, homeless people, individuals with learning difficulties and those with mental health issues.
We see the very positive difference preventative services can make and we are exploring innovation in our care services ; such asreablement services - helping people to return home after a stay in hospital and Mental Health step down services.
