Birmingham-based IT and marketing recruitment specialist, ESA Group, is set to move into the Colmore Building in the city centre’s bustling commercial district, as it outlines ambitious plans to double its headcount in 2019.
The company, which was founded in 2014 and works with the likes of Purplebricks, The Co-Op and the NEC Group, has announced a deal to occupy one of Orega’s largest available office spaces from 4th March. Orega operate 28,000 sq ft of serviced offices at The Colmore Building.
The deal will see them move from their current Edgbaston location, to an attractive development in the heart of the city, boasting an array of on-site amenities reminiscent of Silicon Valley’s tech campuses.
The strategic decision to take on the extensive space in the building is driven by the management's ambitious plans to double its headcount to 25 consultants in 2019, and grow to over 55 in 2020.
As such, ESA Group will be looking to immediately employ senior consultants who are experienced specialists in placing outstanding candidates in technology, marketing and sales roles.
Commenting on the move and recruitment drive, ESA Group managing director Dan Heathcote said:
“Our decision to move to the Colmore Business District is driven by our ambition to become the UK’s leader in tech and marketing recruitment.
“We’re now on the hunt for passionate and driven individuals who want to play an integral role in being a part of our growing business.”
In addition to the on-site café, restaurant and a 6,000 sq ft gym, the new location boasts a GP surgery, beauty salon, and launderette, which will ensure ESA Group’s team and clients will be well looked after.
For those interested in joining the firm, co-director Andrew Stocks added:
“This is a crucial year for ESA Group, those looking to join at this instrumental time in our journey have the opportunity to steer the firm’s continued growth.”
