Collabco enjoys record period of success in the education sector despite the pandemic and challenging market conditions.


Collabco is pleased to share news of successful trading despite the Covid-19 pandemic and challenging market conditions. Since stricter measures of the outbreak first took hold the Liverpool software company attracted 26* new educational establishments from across the globe. Whilst balancing office closures and staff furlough, the company successfully onboarded a record number of myday customers, assisting in the communication to and education of students far and wide. This milestone represents the success of their collaborative approach with the education sector as time is taken to understand the sector’s issues and provide a solution for a flexible future. The expanded customer base and continued international expansion within tertiary education highlights the success achieved in Collabco’s mission to empower organisations to create immersive and engaging digital environments for everyone.

This success comes amidst many new improvements and additions to both the company and the platform:


  • No staff lost their job and employees have since grown by over 20% as new roles were created within in marketing, sales and customer success teams. Flexible working options have attracted new applicants.

  • The myday platform has recently benefitted from many new releases including important accessibility features which remains a priority for all users – whether that be university or college, staff, students or visitors. Collabco is continuing to work on new ways to expand existing customers platforms and functionality and working collaboratively with customers on new features. Exciting new projects are in the pipeline and will be announced in coming months.

  • High demand saw a number of customer myday apps rocket into the Top 20 of Education Apps in the Apple iOS Stores. One college reported having over 2,500 downloads in just two days when their app was launched
