A Manchester-based IT recruiter has secured an exclusive 12-month recruitment contract with top digital agency, Mando, as it makes plans to expand its team in London and Liverpool.

Cathcart Associates is recruiting for a number of exciting, fast-paced digital positions within Mando as the agency enters a period of growth. The recruitment drive comes as Mando opens a brand new HQ in Liverpool and moves its London office to the exclusive Soho Square area.

The exclusive partnership is significant for Cathcart Associates, which opened its Manchester office in 2015. The firm, headquartered in Edinburgh, has specialised in IT recruitment since 2009.

Keen to offer a bespoke, personalised service, Cathcart Associates’ specialist consultants will be spending a significant amount of time on-site at Mando’s Liverpool HQ and in its London office, something not routinely done by many IT recruitment firms.

By doing this, Cathcart Associates can fully understand the recruitment needs of Mando and its consultants can immerse themselves in the company’s culture, helping to ensure the right people are hired for the right roles.
