One of Wolverhampton’s hidden office ‘gems’ is celebrating after it secured a further two tenants, leaving it with just one available space.

The Workspace, a fully-serviced business centre operated by All Saints Action Network (ASAN), has attracted Sandhar Consultancy and Wolverhampton Beam as part of a new marketing push promoting the benefits of ‘out of city’ accommodation.

Located less than a mile from Wolverhampton City Centre, the £1.6m office complex is now home to 12 organisations and enterprises, who have tapped into the high quality, secure space, free WiFi, manned reception and extensive free parking.

There is also on-site meeting room hire and conference facilities capable of accommodating up to 130 people available – all offered at flexible rates, making it an ideal location for start-ups, entrepreneurs and companies looking to launch new products, deliver training or hold ‘away days’.

All of the profits generated through The Workspace is directed into ASAN’s other social enterprises, including Wood Saints (a community recycling scheme based on the 3Rs of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) a Tool Library providing tools and basic training to help with home improvements and a Day Nursery.

“We are seeing a growing number of firms choose our offices instead of moving into a town or city centre,”

explained Tracey Parton, Business and Facilities Manager at The Workspace.
