Specialist construction consulting firm, VOLOCO, is adding two new partners as it further expands and develops its services. Graphic designer, Lisa Walters, is joining, marking the first role of its kind at the company, opening it up to offer graphics support for bids. Joining alongside Walters is experienced quantity surveyor (QS), Richard Denoon. 

VOLOCO Construction Consulting provides bespoke flexible and responsive services such as QS, commercial support, cost management, bid management, design management, planning and programming, fully tailored for the construction industry. With a national pool of clients, such as ISG, Integral, Hexagon Construction, BECT and Brookes Property, the business supports small and growing contractors which don’t have the manpower or capabilities in-house.

Walters joins VOLOCO as its first dedicated graphic designer, broadening the business’ service offering to enhance bid submission for clients. Experienced and professional, she qualified over 10 years ago and has worked for Harley’s Global and RTH Plc as well as freelancing for a range of firms.

With over 30 years’ experience under his belt, QS Richard Denoon joins having most recently been at Swindon Interiors LLP where he’d been a partner since 2015. His career has spanned general contracting, residential, civil and retail with an emphasis on professional cost control and commercial and contractual cost advice. Previous experience has included positions with Lancer Scott Ltd, Britannia Construction and Vinci.

VOLOCO Construction Consulting was founded in 2014 to provide services and to construction and development companies during peak workloads. Its office premises have recently been expanded ready for the reopening of working spaces and to accommodate the team of 10, which has grown by six in the last 12 months.
