Mayor Marvin Rees opens new office at Temple point
Turner & Townsend, the global construction consultancy, has relocated its Bristol office to Temple Point, Redcliffe. Officially opened by Mayor of Bristol Marvin Rees on 5 December, the company’s move to a new office follows a period of rapid growth in the south west, expanding from 50 employees to over 350 in five years.
The company provides programme management, project management, cost and commercial management services. With 110 offices globally, including 13 in the UK, its expansion in the south west has been driven by client wins in the real estate, transport, utilities, power and defence sectors.

The business’ expansion in the south west mirrors its UK wide and global growth. In October 2019 Turner & Townsend was ranked fifth in the prestigious Sunday Times Top Track 250, which charts UK medium sized firms seeing exceptional growth. In April 2019, the global business posted a turnover of £640m for the year ending 30 April 2019, growing 17 per cent on the previous year.
The UK also saw strong growth in the same period with total net revenue reaching £259.3m, including a net revenue of £123.1m for the infrastructure business.
