As the construction industry looks to rebuild trust in the sector following recent high-profile companies like Carillion collapsing following significant cost over-runs and apparent cost plan failures, it has never been more vital for businesses to understand the importance of cost planning.


Get involved in the conversation at Constructing Excellence Bristol Club’s upcoming workshop. Share experiences, shape the discussion and ask questions of four of Bristol’s top influencers. This workshop is an opportunity to highlight the pitfalls and successes of the cost plan process.


The interactive and dynamic workshop, being held on Tuesday 17 May at Clarke Willmott in Bristol, is designed to bring together Bristol’s construction sector, from contractors, surveyors and other supply chain professionals to learn about the importance of cost planning and create best practice guidelines for Bristol’s construction sector.


Attendees will take away an improved understanding of the cost plan process and hear first hand from local industry leaders from Bristol Airport, AWW Inspired Environments, Gleeds and Galliford Try.
