Eleven Paragon employees to join Colliers’ Bristol office


Leading global professional services and investment management firm, Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), this week announced the completion of a strategic partnership with Paragon, one of the UK’s largest independent building and project consultancies. The deal brings Colliers’ combined P&BC headcount across the UK to 213 and will significantly grow the firm’s capabilities in the core discipline of Project & Building Consultancy, further enhancing its service offering to clients. Details of the deal were not disclosed.


Over the coming months, Paragon will begin the process of integrating the P&BC teams in Bristol, London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Leeds. The partnership will also see the firm add an additional office in Esher to its regional presence, where Paragon currently has a team of 36 people.


Eleven Paragon employees will be joining Colliers’ office in Temple Back, Redcliffe over the coming weeks increasing the P&BC team’s headcount to 15 locally.
