NATIONAL AUCTIONEERS John Pye Property, is on track to offer a record-breaking number of properties this year through its online-only property auctions.

After bringing 392 properties with a combined value in excess of £90m to market during 2017, opening a new ‘northern hub’ in Salford Quays, Manchester to meet growing demand in the North West and expanding its expert team, last year was the most successful year to-date for the company.

Since its inception in 2013, John Pye Property has offered in excess of 1000 properties through its auctions, offering £175m in sales of commercial, residential properties and plots of land through its auctions.
