Orbit Developments has completed over 20,000 sq ft of office lettings in the last four months on its popular Tytherington Business Village in Macclesfield. In line with the burgeoning fortunes of medical and healthcare brands during the pandemic, a number of leading global players have extended their footprint in the Village.

Illingworth Research took a whole building of 14,800 sq ft in Hazelwood House, Lucid Group’s HealthCare21 team doubled their space by comitting to 4,000 sq ft in Greenway House, and Willows Ingredients have also expanded into 2,200 sq ft in Elmwood Court.
