Industrial agency specialist joins from Cushman & Wakefield

Gerald Eve has strengthened its Midlands industrial team with the appointment of John Sambrooks as Partner.

John arrives from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner, as part of Gerald Eve’s ongoing investment in its national industrial advisory team, and its Birmingham office in particular. John is one of the leading agents operating in the Midlands industrial market and brings 20 years’ experience of the sector, with previous clients including Unipart, Dow, ERIKS UK, Mucklow, Canmoor, and DTZ Investors

The Midlands industrial and logistics market has been one of the best-performing property sectors of recent times. Gerald Eve’s Prime Logistics research indicates that take-up in the region was 14.92 million sq ft in 2018, with generally rising rents reflecting a level of demand that is outstripping supply.
