CBRE has expanded its team in Bristol with a raft of new appointments, as the business continues to grow.

In response to demand for CBRE’s property management support, the Asset Services team has been boosted with the arrival of Surveyors Natasha Kitson and Emma Stanbridge, plus Senior Surveyor, Tom Stanley, and Associate Director Peter Dawe.

Also joining CBRE Bristol are Bruce Stone, Senior Building Services Engineer, Building Consultancy, and James Graham, Director, UK Development, who has joined from CBRE’s Canary Wharf office. Liam Garwood joins as an Estate Manager in the Portfolio Services team, managing property for corporate clients.

The new roles follow the recent expansion of CBRE’s Planning & Development team with the appointment of Marcus Plaw as Planning Director and Philip Marsden as Associate Director at the Bristol office. Together with Director Guy Mansfield, James Graham will work with Marcus and Philip to bring together development agents, consultants and planners to provide comprehensive development advice to clients.

“We’re excited to be building our team in Bristol with these new appointments, as we continue to grow to meet demand for our services across the South West and beyond,”

said Garry Hicks, Executive Director at CBRE’s Bristol Office.

“Together, our new colleagues will play an important role in supporting our clients and helping us to expand the services we provide.”

Recent changes to CBRE’s Bristol team also include the promotion of Building Surveyor Jake Stephenson to Senior Surveyor and Senior Surveyors Emily Filer and Rose Brown to Associate Director. Meanwhile, Associate Director Charlotte Smith has been promoted to Director.

The company has also taken on two new graduates: James Nelson, who joins the Valuation team, and Stuart Blick, who will work on Building Consultancy.
