Recent high demand for out-of-town office space in Bristol is expected to produce interest in two self-contained office buildings undergoing refurbishment at Fountain Court.

Ash House and Oak House, which total 3,140 sq ft and 6,578 sq ft respectively, are set in attractive, landscaped grounds at the strategically-located business park in Bradley Stoke, near the M4/M5 Almondsbury Interchange.

Both buildings will benefit from high-quality upgrades, including new suspended ceilings with LED lighting, cooling systems, and raised access floors. The work is being carried out by Tempophase, which recently acquired Fountain Court in a deal in which Richard Coombs of Colliers International’s National Capital Markets team represented the vendor.

Alfie Passingham of the national offices team at Colliers International, which is acting jointly with Turner Locker on behalf of the landlord, said:

“Following on from an excellent third quarter of take-up in the Bristol out-of-town market, with levels well above the five year average, we are delighted to have been instructed on this superb scheme.

We have had great success in the North Bristol office market recently, transacting almost 70,000 sq ft so far this year, and we expect to receive considerable interest for these two buildings at Fountain Court once refurbished.”
