A Warwickshire recruitment firm has unveiled their new team of branch managers in a run of senior promotions.

Workforce Staffing, who recently announced plans for an investment in digital recruitment technology, has revealed the two people who will lead the teams working across its branches in Coventry and Rugby.

The Rugby branch will be led by Holly Diggens. Holly has been with Workforce for more than three years, two of which were as a recruitment consultant. She will now lead a team at the firm’s Market Place recruitment centre in the town centre.

Meanwhile, managing Workforce’s Coventry branch in the city’s Queen Victoria Road will be Gary Grundy. Gary brings five years’ experience with the company as a consultant, divisional manager and head of manufacturing. His appointment comes as Workforce prepares to relocate to new offices in New Union Street in December as part of its Coventry expansion plans. The move will see the firm offering more office-based roles.
