Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have commenced construction of Central Approach, a single 113,452 sq ft prime industrial/logistics unit located on Western Approach, Avonmouth.
A&H construction has been appointed to build the unit, alongside the recently pre-let advanced manufacturing facility to be occupied by Oxford Instruments, a leading global provider of high technology products and services. The £36 million project is due to practically complete this year.

“The unit will provide prime, high specification industrial space, with 12m eaves height, 50m deep rear yard, and Grade A office accommodation to the front incorporating shower facilities. Practical completion will be December 2021 but early access for fit out will be possible in only seven months’ time.”
