Six & Flow - the Manchester-headquartered growth agency – has secured a raft of new client wins across the business as it continues to grow its client base in Europe and North America. The projects are with the Building and Engineering Services Association (BESA), Aero, Hostel World and ResDiary.

BESA, which is located in the UK, is a membership organisation that focuses on supporting and serving its members – all of whom are active in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, control and management of engineering systems and services in buildings. The Six & Flow team are working with BESA on a new CRM platform rollout and wider digital transformation consultancy.

For San Francisco-based Aero, which is a luxury travel service provider that offers direct, premium flights via private terminals, Six & Flow is developing and rolling out a brand-new CRM solution that will balance growth, support the whole business and sit as a single point of reference for the sales and BD teams. Aero’s primary aim is to provide its clients with the comfort of low-contact travel combined with the ease and effortlessness of flying private.

Hostel World is headquartered in Dublin and is a leading online travel agent within the hostelling category. It was established 22 years ago and has become a well-known and trusted brand boasting 13.7 million reviews and a loyal customer base. Six & Flow is working with them on a new CRM implementation programme and onboarding HubSpot strategy. Hostel World’s core business provides its customers with hostel accommodation options and hostel focused small group adventure tour products (Roamies) in over 180 countries worldwide via its website and native app platforms which are available in 19 languages.

The final new win is with ResDiary – the smart table management and booking system for the hospitality sector - which is also located in San Francisco. Six & Flow won the contract via a competitive pitch. The agency is now working on a new CRM and onboarding the HubSpot platform that will focus on driving ResDiary’s business across North America.

Rich Wood, managing director of Six & Flow, said:

“Although we are based in Manchester, we are an international business so winning these varied clients in Europe and North America is fantastic news for the agency. Each one are leaders in their respective fields so our focus is now on delivering game-changing and business-transforming solutions that will act as springboards for commercial growth.”
