A leading independent recruitment firm is celebrating a proud 15 year milestone anniversary as it reveals an insight into the hybrid impact the pandemic has had, and continues to have across the board.

Headed up by Charlotte Owen and Vikki Yarwood, CV Recruitment, based in Stoke-on-Trent, works with an ever growing list of companies, ranging from small businesses to Blue Chip organisations, in Staffordshire, Cheshire and surrounding areas.

The two friends at the helm, who have a combined experience of over 20 years in the recruitment industry, have witnessed several shifts in recruitment behaviour during Covid.

They include seeing many more temporary jobs available than is the norm to cope with demand in certain fields, including home deliveries and warehouse operatives, and revealed many were taken up by self-employed workers to make ends meet as well as alleviate boredom.

Now companies are turning to CV Recruitment to help it adapt to changes, including the new hybrid approach to recruitment of digital and face-to-face, to help organisations redefine their workforce as the country continues to recover from the pandemic’s fallout.

Plans to expand workforce and increase partnerships in the near future

While the friends are celebrating their key anniversary, they have also revealed plans in the pipeline to expand their team “in the near future”, as well as to partner with more businesses as the industry continues to reawaken with fervour.

With a love of working in recruitment, mum-of-three Vikki says it was a natural career step to set up CV Recruitment, which is one of the leading independent recruitment agencies in the region.
