Fast growing facilities management company The Westgrove Group has recruited a new Operations Director to head up its service delivery function.
Luanne Hall, who has worked in facilities management across a range of sectors, has been brought on board to help with the continuing rapid growth of the independent company which celebrates its twentieth anniversary later this year.
Luanne, from Hale in Cheshire, moved to the UK from South Africa in 2005 where she ran her own facilities services business.
Westgrove, based in Warrington in the North West, specialises in providing security, cleaning and security services in high footfall destinations such as Shopping Centres, Corporate, Mixed Use and Retail environments across the UK.
The company has a unique service delivery product, Synergy by Westgrove, which focuses on providing maximum added value for Partners bespoke to their individual needs. This innovative approach has seen a number of significant contract wins including the recent appointment as Cleaning and PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) provider at Doncaster and Sheffield Airport signalling a move into a new sector for the company as it approaches its twentieth year.

The Westgrove Group celebrates its 20th anniversary this year after being founded in 1998 by Group Chairmen Simon Whittle and Steve Fives. The business is projecting a turnover of circa £25M at the end of 2018, a 30% growth on 2017.
The Senior Management Team have proven direct Shopping Centre pedigree including operational experience at some of the UK’s largest regional Shopping Centres.
They have held senior positions for owners such as Westfield and managing agents including CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton demonstrating strong commercial and operational experience.
