HR software provider, Natural HR, has announced its first ever annual conference, which will be held on Thursday 29th November 2018 at The National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.

As a rapidly expanding global business established in the Midlands by husband and wife Co-Founders Sarah and Jason Dowzell, Natural HR will host an impressive roster of speakers at its first free-to-attend conference. The day’s objective will be to help business leaders, HR professionals and managers within fast-growing and mid-size businesses grapple with ‘how HR can adapt to the changing workplace’.

The speakers at the inaugural conference include renowned blogger and expert on the gig economy, Annabel Kaye; employee engagement expert, entrepreneur and co-author of ‘Build it: The Rebel Playbook’, Glenn Elliot; and named as a one of the Top 30 HR and HR Tech influencers as well as one of the Top 20 Experts in People Analytics, Andrew Spence.

Sarah Dowzell, HR specialist and Co-Founder of Natural HR, says:

“With a level of uncertainty within the business community at present and with the rapidly changing nature of business, it’s essential that those influencing decision making in businesses have the time and space to carefully consider how they can best plan for, handle and manage HR processes. Organisations cannot afford for HR to get left behind or become outdated and irrelevant in the current and changing business landscape. With topics such as HR’s role in the ever-growing gig economy, to the impact of robotics as well as the important question of employee engagement and positive work culture in an era of disruption, I have no doubt that those attending will be given valuable food for thought as well as practical solutions.”
