Feasibility Limited expands Quantity Surveying team

West Midlands’ professional construction consultancy Feasibility Limited has appointed experienced Quantity Surveyor Ben Spragg to its growing team.


The firm, which boasts SEGRO, db symmetry, Griffen Capital, Chancerygate and XLB Property amongst its clients, is expanding following a year of sustained project delivery and a growing pipeline of new business.


Ben brings a wealth of experience, with 14 years in cost planning, cost management and contract administration across retail, residential, office, industrial and mixed-use developments.


During his career Ben has worked with DBK, RPS and Henry Riley, and has recently been involved with the regional ‘Gamechanger’ site, Worcester Six, as well as the new Waitrose in Solihull.


Speaking of his appointment, Ben said:

“Joining Feasibility has been a fantastic move for me and will enable me to deliver the skillset that I have developed over the past 14 years with a host of new clients. I’m looking forward to the challenge and the opportunities that this role brings.”


Feasibility was founded in 2000 by Tim Payton and Neale Flavell, who own the company with fellow directors Daniel Holford & Sebastian Rose.
