Duo appointment at Plinkfizz strengthens its digital offering


Integrated marketing agency Plinkfizz has once again increased its skill set with the appointment of two new employees.

Tina Patel and Brennah Lawton have joined the results-focused marketing company to help manage its growing client base.

Coming from a background of digital and experience marketing, Tina has been tasked with leading digital marketing strategies going forward, and Brennah has joined as a Graphic Designer, again with a focus on digital.

Having almost completed an apprenticeship with South Cheshire College, Brennah joined from a design agency where she worked on many websites, brand development and design projects, interactive designs and more recently had a focus on augmented reality.

Tina has almost 10 years’ experience in marketing and started her career at Walt Disney World in Florida where she worked in guest services and marketing.

Brennah said:

“I joined Plinkfizz because I wanted to work for a bigger agency which would give me more opportunities and the chance to put forward my own thoughts and ideas. I chose not to go to university but to do an apprenticeship because I wanted to get straight into my career and gain as much experience as possible. I feel Plinkfizz is such a creative agency I will learn a lot and I know I’ll be supported and encouraged to bring my own creativity and ideas forward.”

Tina has also worked “client side” for Aspro Parks which included working across Europe from Bristol to Barcelona, and of course London before working on a freelance basis for a year.

She said:

“I’ve had a great career so far working on both experience and digital marketing projects and my specialism lies with bringing the two together.

“I wanted to join Plinkfizz because I like the idea of having a diverse set of clients and working on multiple projects at once. It’s a great way to challenge myself.”

Projects Tina has been involved in include the Island Beats campaign with Thorpe Park where, as the digital marketing manager on a temporary contract, she was tasked with launching their first ever concert with music and rides. She used the full suite of digital marketing tools such as social media, website and pay per click to create a successful event.

Following her marketing degree at Wolverhampton University, Tina also gained a qualification in experience marketing at the University of Central Florida and has an IDM diploma in digital marketing.
