Louise Teboul, Operations Director of international leadership development organisation Common Purpose has been named as one of Birmingham’s top leaders in the annual Birmingham Post Power 250 list.

The list, compiled by business newspaper, The Birmingham Post, features some of the city's and region's most influential and powerful people across a diverse range of fields. With leaders from business, legal, health and public sector, Louise is listed in the education sector for her work designing and delivering programmes “for senior and emerging leaders and many of Birmingham's key public sector organisations and major employers use her courses to develop their staff.” In the upcoming year, Common Purpose in the Midlands will deliver a re-designed Meridian for senior leaders, the streetwise mba for emerging leaders and an inter-generational event in the New Year hosted by Birmingham City University.

Common Purpose Birmingham was shortlisted for an Excellence in People Development Chamber award this year and Louise has previously been recipient of the Birmingham Post Business ‘Outstanding Professional Award’ and winner of the ‘Outstanding Leadership’ Award at West Midlands Women of the Year Awards in 2015.

Louise Teboul said;

“It’s great to get recognition of the work we do; with the support of lots of organisations and people, it’s really recognition for our team, alumni and supporters, not just me. Life-long learning is becoming even important for leaders in this ever-changing world, to help solve both organisational and societal challenges. We need leaders who can cross-boundaries, whether they are sectoral, cultural or generational and that’s what we do; by convening peer groups to learn from and with each other.”
