A Bristol-based company which helps SMEs to scale up rapidly by giving them access to experienced part-time directors is continuing to expand nationally with the appointment of three new regional directors.
BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk has appointed Roddie Cameron and Martin Zeman to cover London, with Cameron additionally working with SMEs in Surrey, while Tacis Gavoyannis will oversee the Sussex and Hampshire area.
BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk aims to disrupt the recruitment market by providing direct access to a talent pool of part-time executive directors for commercial, operations and CEO roles. It allows scale-ups, SMEs and their private equity backers to rapidly fill gaps in the management team, with no recruitment fees and a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
The advisory firm offers dedicated professionals for each region but draws in specialist skills as required by each client and project.
Roddie Cameron, an MBA holder from the Cranfield School of Management, brings a strong regulatory and legal background to BoardroomAdvisors’ offering.
Martin Zeman, who holds a computer degree from the Czech Republic’s most prestigious education institution, Charles University, is an expert in data driven marketing and analysis.
Tacis Gaviyannis, who earned a master’s degree in European marketing from Buckinghamshire Business School, specialises in smart cities and has held senior roles in this field with Siemens and A.T. Kearney.
BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk was founded by Bristol-based John Courtney, who has founded seven businesses and been listed as one of the country’s top 100 entrepreneurs.
