BCE celebrate diploma student’s achievements at award ceremony

At a recent graduation ceremony, held at the Hive in Weston-super-Mare, eight students enjoyed a celebration event to receive their care awards from Paralympian Karen Butler following months of training by local care specialist Bespoke Consultancy & Education (BCE).

The majority of the awards marked the gaining of the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. These qualifications are designed to equip the students with the skills and knowledge needed to care for others in a broad range of health or social care settings.

Said Director Alison Webber “It’s always very exciting when the latest group of students come together to receive their awards which acknowledges all their hard work and dedication.”

Another success story from the event was Ginta Dzenvoska who now works for BCE as a health & social care assessor, the award she received.Ginta is a personal care assistant who came to the company to do her Level 2 diploma.She completed both this qualification and her Level 3 diploma and then went on to gain her assessors qualification and has now become an integral part of the BCE training team.

Skills for Care endorsement is a mark for high quality learning and development providers within the adult social care sector and was developed following the Cavendish Review - an endorsement that allows employers to have confidence in the quality of the providers they seek.The company is also part of the Skills for Care, Care Learning Coalition.
