Andrew Mosely has rejoined the Mazars Deal Advisory Due Diligence business from a head of finance role at a Wolverhampton-based construction sector company.

Having played a significant role in the growth of the team for five years between 2012 and 2017, Andrew will be familiar with his surroundings, and will bring the team insight and experience gained from his time working for a fast-growing entrepreneurial business.

Andrew returns as a Senior Manager at a time of significant demand for the team’s services, with Midlands transactions currently showing few signs of a slowdown despite political uncertainty. Over the last year, completed transactions upon which Mazars advised, including Trackwise Designs’ AIM flotation and DK Group Investments’ acquisition of GE Doors, are indicative of a vibrant economic environment in the region.

David Preston, Head of the West Midlands Deal Advisory team said,

“We’re delighted to welcome Andrew back. His due diligence expertise, and the experience he has developed with a business of the scale we’re increasingly being asked to review by our clients, will be invaluable in our next stage of growth. While he has been away, as well as extending our existing client relationships, we’ve worked with the likes of Sodexo and Holland & Barrett, and have doubled our presence across the Midlands. Mazars’ brand as a trusted advisor in the mid-market space continues to strengthen, so this is a fantastic time to be rejoining the team”.

Andrew Mosely said,

“Seeing how David and Julian Clough have grown the team across the Midlands region, as well as the scale and complexity of transactions we’re now regularly a part of, made rejoining the team an easy decision. I believe the experience I now have is closely aligned to the needs of our clients and I am looking forward to the challenge”.
