AHR bolsters Bristol team with regional director appointment

Building consultancy and architecture practice AHR has appointed Tom Murphy as regional director at its Bristol office, as it continues its strong growth across the region.


Tom is a chartered building surveyor and qualified project manager and joins from construction consultancy Bailey Partnership where he was a director. His 19 years’ industry experience includes leading several multi-million-pound projects for clients including the Ministry of Justice and The University of Reading.


In his new role at AHR, Tom will be responsible for growing the practice’s building consultancy business in the South West, across service lines including design and contract management; professional services; and asset and property management.


Tom’s role will also involve expanding the firm’s project management offering to new and existing clients.


Speaking on his new role, Tom said:
